If the student doesn't appear within 15 minutes after the lesson gets started, the teacher will consider it as the student absent without reason, and there will be no refund or class making up after. 4. If the student needs to shift the lessons to an earlier time, please check the teacher's schedule or ask the teacher for the rearrangements directly. 5.
