    不知不覺跟著Wendy上瑜珈課已經超過半年了 原本只是希望可以藉由瑜珈來伸展因為重訓而緊繃的肌肉 但卻不知不覺喜歡上瑜珈 期待每週跟著Wendy做瑜珈 Wendy的課程不僅依照我的需求設計課程 也用她敏銳的觀察力 指出我需要加強髖關節的活動度 教了很多適合我的動作 透過Wendy 我認識到瑜珈不只是伸展 更是認識自己的身體和培養對自己身體的敏感度 真的很推薦Wendy的瑜珈課!
