Hi, my name is Jo and I have 11 years of teaching experience. I believe learning should be fun and I want all of my students to feel confident and to enjoy their time in my classroom.  I have a Master's from the University of Edinburgh in Geography and Social Anthropology and a Postgraduate degree from the University of Cambridge in Education.  I currently work for a department of the University of Cambridge where I train teachers how to apply the most recent academic theories on learning. Essentially, I teach teachers to become better teachers. For you, that means you can be assured that I will teach you in the most efficient and beneficial ways possible.  I will tailor your lessons to your needs, whether that means you want to be more like a Native Speaker, you want to improve your Business English or you need help with Academic English while you are at university. I will supply you with resources that are personalised so that we can work on your weaknesses and I can help you achieve your goals.  I like to consider myself as well travelled and well read so I am also happy to free-talk about a variety of topics. I love learning about different people and where they come from so I hope we can share our stories and have great classes together.
