Together, we will work through each skill that you need to improve in a way that keeps you focused and motivated to continue in the next lesson. ------------------------------------------ My Lessons and Courses: Each lesson is adapted to your English level and the skills that you want to improve the most. **Speaking Improvement & Fluency Lessons:** The lessons focus on helping you to develop smooth and clear communication, using better vocabulary, pronunciation, intonation and accent reduction, speaking in detail, story telling, small talk, role playing in day-to-day situations (for immigrants or traveling), speaking at work and with colleages, or any other speaking skill that you need to improve. **Real English Conversation Lessons:** In these lessons, you will improve your listening skills and learn to discuss many different topics. Each lesson includes an audio file (10-15 minutes long) of a natural conversation between two native speakers. You will have access to the text (transcript) to learn new vocabulary, cool expressions, and to observe how native speakrs communicate with each other in a natural way. During the lesson, you will have the opportunity to answer some questions and to talk about how this topic relates to your own life. It's a great way to share stories and personal experiences! ------------------------------------- Teaching Style: My lessons are taught in a conversational style. While we discuss a topic, you can expect to recieve some corrections, suggestions to sound more natural, new vocabulary, and alternative ways to express your idea. During the class, I like to have fun, laugh and make the lesson interesting and enjoyable. Most of my students feel like they are talking to a friend, but they also realize they are learning A LOT in every lesson. I create a document for each student to help you keep track of your homework, new vocabulary you learned and to have access to any notes that I wrote during the class. This is the place that you can write questions about English that your are studying outside of our class (or related the homework task) so that you can get your questions answered in the next class. To help you continue to learn outside of our lessons, I'll give you a homework task with an audio or video to study before our next lesson. The homework will be related to your English level and interests to help you improve listening skills, learn new vocabulary, and to feel prepared to talk about the topic in the next lesson.
