I tried many ways to make myself feel better, seeing professionals, reading books, and the content available was much less than now. I realized that it came down to how I dealt with stress, feeling supported, grounded, and my perception of situations. The truth is, it’s a daily practice, just like exercise or school. It takes small steps and consistency to change. 👸Fluent in Mandarin, and English, I am able to explain concepts in both languages to support students in understanding the concepts.
